LED brake light can be had from the dealers.

Teddy sells really nice ACS Style rear diffusers

I've got the carbon diffuser from Teddy, check the AA Exhaust thread for pics.

Have you got a vert?
I changed the boot brake light on my previous car to LED, was about £50 from dealers, easy DIY. [ok
