How bizarre,I just got called out to a new 5 series with a
noise from the rear nearside wheel. It turns out no warning
light on dash yet it has a puncture,it sounds as if the sensor
has come loose and is rattling away in the tyre.In answer to
your question new tyre is required as they give you 150 miles
before changing it.
