My new Range Rover Sport should be here in a matter of weeks and a cant wait to get a new car to tinker with. Been chatting to one of the directors of Overfinch and have been convinced (Rather easily may i add!) to Overfinch it.
So I've ordered the full bodykit, 22" New shape 7 spoke wheels and Brembo brake conversion. Now since its having a full bodykit fitted and has to be basically taken to bits anyway to colour code all the bits and pieces like door handles, side vents etc i might aswell go a completely custom colour... again!
I really like the Ford Orange that they have used on the range in the pics. But the missis is trying to convince me to be boring and keep it black! What does everybody else think? Black.... Orange.... something else in between?
(Ive added a few pics to help you decide ;) )
All suggestions and pics would be apretiated since i will have to decide for definate shortly! (And at the moment my missis is going to be upset since im leaning towards orange! :D )

Orange is very bold, but may also be a bit much with all that bodywork. Techno Violet or Velvet Blue may look good, plenty of X5s and Cayennes to give you an idea of different colours, but I'd go for something deep and dark on a vehicle that big Sam.

Is the Orange really that bad? I know its bold but its not in a bad way surely? Or will I really have to admit to the missis that she was right and that Orange wont actually look very good... lol

Beautiful car
For me, the best kit has to be Projekt Kahn. Too bling for most but DAMN
http://www.projectkahnrangeroversport.com/
There was a guy on Vroom Vroom, Scott Alexander, had the Orange with black bonnet, with £40k worth of Kahn options. Bar none, the nicest one I've ever seen

I was reading through this thinking, good no-ones spotted the Kahn Rangie, I should of guessed FAS would of spotted that beast.
So agree with FAS, go with the orange its the best colour by far, throw a black stripe down it and give it to Kahn, easy :D ;)

I saw 2 project Kahn range rover sport's when I was in London a couple of weekends ago, absolutely stunning. Agree with the others, don't do the orange, Range's have too much flat bodywork for a colour like that. Saw a gunmetal grey one today, looked lovely, but I guess you are wanting something that stands out a bit more.

Congrats Sam  Although IMO the CL55 is still a class above in all aspects other than ground clearance. Sad to see it go, so much more potential.
Back to the Rangey, I LOVE the orange   It's an ostentatious car, so go for a wild colour

Overfinch are the only tuner to have for a Rangy IMO
I would go for a white one with black wheels, something similar to below ;)

Congratulations on the car, what a motor that will be!!!!!!!
The orange would be too flash for my taste, of those pictured I like the white with black rims above.
My only other thought (apart from the norm) was one of the US style kandy reds? I think they can look good on a big motor.

When you're Scott Alexander (owner of that car), £500 is nothing when you've paid £120k for that ;)
How many of you people around slough and maidenhead have seen my mates black range rover going around? he has got lots of kahn stuff done to it, black 22 inch rims, body kit, cross stiched interior, fully colour coded, black tints. number plate is K444ahn
Il try get some pics.

Id say orange definately. A guy near me has one & it looks the poodles plums!
The only thing i dont like about it is the low profile tyres on a car that big just looks wrong

The new shape Range was made to be black. If i saw an overfinched black one coming towards me, id think, oh yes!!!! This man is doing very well for himself. If i saw an orange one, id think, TWAT!!!! fancy doing that to an overfinched Range! Sorry! just being honest. ;)

I dont rate those guys anymore, I used to think they had a good rep with high quality... but we've got a KSLR in stock and the quality of the mods is shite!
It's basically an SL55 AMG with an SLR lookalike bonnet that when polished you can see ripples in filler and mesh grids showing through the paint... lovely! For the bonnet they charge... five grand
And then they go and bolt pieces of metal onto the doors to extend the wing vents, quality? oh obviously! allen keys bolts rammed in from the outside, talk about aesthetically pleasing! The cost? oh only a grand a side for two pieces of metal.
The window tints carry on the theme of shit quality, must have been fit by someone with their eyes shut and a shaky hand
Have a look... The worrying thing is it looks okay in the pics but nah, I'd never buy anything made or modified by kahn.

The only good things about the car? The V8.... the supercharger.... the designo interior trim.... yeah pretty much everything that wasnt fucked up by kahn
The moral of the story? Stick with overfinch lol
