The tyres seem reasonable...got a letter from ticketmaster..if ordering from there and you quote ticketmaster1 you receive a further 5% discount on those prices.
I looked a front dunlop 9000 and a front for my car was 100...and if i remember correctly is 120 from most other websites...!

These guys have been around for a while and a lot of people have used them. Just be wary, the prices shown don't include delivery, which is a decent hike on the price and could snuff out savings
it quoted me £9.40 delivery for 4 18inch tyres. Sounds pretty reasonable to me.

Hi invisible,
Did you consider 275 rather than 265? The tyre place i spoke to said that was the size for 19x10. I just wondered if it made any difference, like protecting the rim a bit in pot holes or something?

You might want to take into consideration the cost of fitting/balancing on top of those prices. Although they are reasonable.....there is likely to be tyre shops out there that will be just as competitive with fitting included.

blackcircles.com have free tyre fitting arangment with hundreds of garages up and down the uk when i ordered my wheels they had about 5 grages local 2 me and 1 was mobile....
chrchwa yeah i have thought about going up 2 that size but... that is the size csl drivers are going for without worrying about arches but i aint a csl driver and i have very lil precious arch room left lol [hmm

Sounds like they've got their act together. I looked at using them about 12 months ago, they wanted £45 for delivery and no fitting service. My have to try them again at some point

OEM CSL rear rims are 9.5" wide. The work well with 265/30. You can space the OEM wheels and 265 tyres out another 10mm without having to worry about rubbing. M3 rear arches are massive. The reason the majority stuck to 265 is because they are running 235/35 up front on 8.5" rims. This gives then the matching rolling radius front and rear. 19X10" works best with 275/30. But you will have to match the front with 245/35 to maintain correct rolling radius. 265/30 on a 10" wide rim looks a bit stretched, 275 gives a much better side profile; although certain tyres like the Falkens, Michelins will still look stretched because of their less aggresive sidewall profile.

Thanks for that Nick, coming to think of it, the guy did say that 245 would be right for my front if my back were 275.
I just have to wait until i can get a really good deal on a set as i have a new toy coming soon.

i kno that nick but that wasnt the point i was making... the point is i couldnt just simply slap on a set of 275 for 2 reasons 1) u mentioned fronts would need 2 go up a size and 2) i havent got a csl i only have a 323ci lol my arches would find 275 a bit of a mouth full if u get me... lol
Can definitely recommend mytyres as they have always proved to be very competitive even when adding on delivery/fitting/balancing.

Only a very few make 255/30/18, even fewer stock them. No real world difference between the 255/35 and 255/30. It's not wide enough to make a difference to the height of the side wall.
wouldnt it affect the ride though [hmm.
