View Full Version : Well, it finally happened (My version)

So I went to Germany to pick my gfs bday present up, a very nice Mini Cooper with 17s, Aero Kit, half leather, white lights, etc. really nice car.

Drove it back towards France where my gf was waiting for me, got through Germany faster than expected (not slow at all, if you rape these little things :D ) got through Luxemburg, got about 300 Kms into France, and the F-ing FROGS took my license away and gave me an on the spot fine of 750 Euros...

On top of that this was in the middle of nowhere and my so called M8s in France "couldnt" help me out.

So I went round the whole villqge (One street :D ) and after about 3 Hours I found someone that wasnt working the next day and was willing to drive a Mini down about 750 Kms with me (I look quite scary :p ) in exchange for cash and a TGV train ticket.

I had a great weekend, fucking FROGS, wish I could kill em.

Upside is they can only take my license for France, and werent pleased with the fact that my license is from Monaco and that I smiled when paying the fine to get the car back (eventhough I wanted to cry, no really I wanted to cry thats how much it hurt to hand over my hard earned to a pig, no offence to all the "good" cops out there...) Still end of the day its sucks bad hairy ones...

I get it back in a week or so and will have to wait to hear from French authorities how long I cant drive in their country.

LOL Steve, you bad bad boy. How quick were you moving when they tugged you?

I'm amazed you got someone to drive you that far, you'd be lucky to get someone give you a push-start in this country let alone give you a lift to the end of the road.

Was doing 191 kmh or atleast thats what they caught me at :p

Paid the guy 300 Euros to drive the car all that way...guess it was motivational for him; really nice guy too, so got lucky, but I sure as hell wasnt staying in that shit hole of a town for the night.

How gay man. I remember this bint policewoman who gunned me a few years back, was bad enough having to pay £40, so 750 euros would definately be crying material :)

Was it a new mini?

I do believe in running the engine in properly, but seeing as this car is second hand I didnt need to worry.

But the wankers put a stop to my great progress on the long journey.

I really didnt know they can take your licence away, can they do that to normal UK dudes?

It worries me as I averaged 160mph through France and Belgium last month :eek:

Yes M8 they can take it away and they send it to your adress.

Its sent to some office in the next 72 hours after they take it from you and they decide what type of ban you will get and send back your license along with the paper work to confirm your ban to your house...

And they will hold your car unless you pay the fine, and you need someone with a valid license to drive the car for you, if you try to drive again they will give you a massive fine and stick you in jail for a bit. and no I aint having a laugh.

Best advice I can give you is not to go 50 Kmh over the speed limit whether it is 110 or 130 as with 50 over they take you license on the spot.

Cos they cant hold a foreign license for more than 72 hours...

Monaco isnt part of France so they cant take it.

I thought you lived spain too , so don't you need to drive through france if you wanna go from monaco to spain?
