Hi all, just signed up. After not being much of a BMW fan, I saw a 330Ci for sale just over the road from me in black with CSL rims and a few other bits, then I saw B19 LBP's car, which is similar-looking, but better still, and I was convinced to buy myself a black 318ci (2.0) and make a few choice tweaks to it myself, so I pick one up on wednesday. I'd have liked one with a 6-pot engine, but have several other cars (for show & race purposes mainly) and am only 21, so can't be going out forking out too much on insurance, plus I just started a new job, which involves a massive increase in mileage, so can't have anything too stinging on petrol either, and looking at the figures, it should be even better than my old 2.0 Focus.
Anyway, I love the look of a nice E46 Coupe, smart looking lines, yet sleek and subtle, and should be a practical, yet good looking everyday car

I'm from the West Midlands (UK)

Some great looking cars on here

Cheers, Mike :)

Long time no speak, buddy

lol, I've heard that question a time or 2 ;)

There's a million and one reasons all building up to one, and that is basically that I don't want to be part of that club or "scene" any more, and I'm much happier and a better person out of it :)

lol, word certainly spreads fast!

Yeah, I spent a month in the summer playing football in sweden. All came about by accident really when I got talking to an old acquaintance over there to try and get a few world cup tickets

and yes, I did have a supra TT, but in my new line of work I have to do a ridiculous mileage and running costs were crippling me, whereas in the past, I only really used my car for fun and the very occasional necessary journey, so I flogged it, got myself a Focus, that was a good car to be fair, but was so "ordinary" and lacked personality, so hence me landing on planet BMW
