I MAY be in the market for an aftermarket zorst for my ci in the not so distant future. And so thought Id ask you on here what you had, what it looked like and how much it cost.
Cheers!

From what I have heard the Supersprints work well with Bimmas, they look classy and have a subtle purrr about them.
Personally I'm not a fan of 'loud' exhausts, they do my head in when I am doing mostly mostly motorway cruising.....
I am also considering a new zorst in the next 2months or so....I am convinced Supersprint is the way to go [cool

That's droning. Loud doesn't neccessarily means increase droning. My old Eisenmann with sound pipes, the exhaust was loud during hard acceleration but as quiet as stock during cruising. Certain exhausts are re-known for excessive droning and they tend to be the cheaper ones.
Having owned a Supersprint before, they are well refined, but you get bored of it very quickly.

with Eisenmann exhaust system there are 3 levels of exhaust noise to choose from, factory, sport and race. They are slightly more expensive than the rest but can't question about German handcrafted quality and you get what you pay for.

I would like to see the difference between the Supersprint and the Eisenmann with regards to noise levels......does anyone have an Eisenmann on their 330 here?

When I spoke with Ali who has an Eisenmann on his 318 he mentioned that sometimes the droning did get to him on motorway runs etc.
I've got a Remus backbox with eisenmann soundpipes.... Before adding the soundpipes, the exhaust note was quite subtle, and judging from many people's comments was sufficiently loud...
Personally i'm a fan of loudish exhausts... so I added the soundpipes and they're awesome but if you do a lot of motorway driving i'm sure they'll soon become quite tiring... and i've experienced a couple of times...!
I'd recommend Remus... they're also the people who manufacture AC Schnitzer's back boxes, so I really don't think you can go wrong there!

I had both on my 330, Supersprint before the Eisenmann went on. You can't go wrong with Supersprint, good refine hum. However, it's not an interesting exhaust. The Eisenmann has a deep rumble at low RPM and changes pitch to a snarl from 4000RPM onwards. Downshifts/heel-and-toe are fantastic. An aggressive exhaust like the Eisenmann Race really brings out the driver in you
I've got the race Eisenmann...nice noise at low rpm. Quite an aggressive noise and you can always here it in the background, but not so that it becomes tiring.
Found Supersprint to be a little expensive with no real difference in noise.

No just expressiving views from past personal experience ;) It's true, I compared the stock, Supersprint, Eisenmann, Eisenmann with sound pipes and Eisenmann + sound pipes + hi-flow pipes back to back :D
I'll post some pics and soundclips later ;)
Hamann is made by Supersprint, sounds very similar.
