As some of you know we are importing F Carbon range of big brake kits from "the east" .

essentially they are a copy of Brembo 4 and 6 pot calipers, complete with floating discs etc .

We have sold a few sets to customers ( maybe 4 ) with no negative feedback ,and now I have driven a supercharged M3 that we fitted this range to ( see seperate post today regarding the s/c conversion ) as well as an E39 M5.....well impressed !

They are considerably less expensive than Stoptech say, and perform VERY well indeed so we have no reservations in recommending them across the board.

If you finances can stretch to it we still urge you to opt for Stoptech end of the day , but if not then buy F carbon with confidence.

I will have the F carbon equipped m3 at Brunty Sunday so some of you can experience the conversion for your selves.

don't take this the wrong way Roy , but how could people buy "copy" brakes ? are they safe ? I would buy a copy of a bumper or body work

Not at all adood.

as long as the quality of the metal and components is up to scratch , which it very much isin this case , then there is no problem at all.

Nor would we risk recommending such a kit if we did not have confidence ourselves. Rememberone of the CA "rules " is we do NOT sell anything we, our staff or associates have not tried ourselves , on our own cars :)
