that Turbo engine is the one shared with Peugout no ? I like the Mini but it is toooo exspensive and it drinks petrol like a fish for a small car !

they are really qucik and some fun to drive , and wheels spin is so much fun , I went out in the dealer's Copper S with the Sales man (a relative ) and did some really hard starts tires were burning from that front lol :D:D

i had a brand new 1 for a week and it was awesome but kept pulling 2 the left when changing gears under hard accel when i dropped it off they said alot of them have been doing that =| i nearly got pulled under a truck while over taking on a country road.. shat myself. and that was my mini adventure :cool:

maybe it has something with it being FWD ? or maybe because its RHD ? the one I drove was good and my relative had it as his car he never complained about such problem

yeah i think it being front when drive played a part but i was thinking the traction control was shit and left wheel was spinning faster than the other when it spun out :(

was really annoying. did it really bad thro 1st 2nd 3rd

mini's ! when i went to the NEC car show 2 years ago, they had a show where Russ Swift was driving the mini's crazy like ! ! ! spinning here , 2 wheels there ! jumping oveer other minis and they said at the start of the show none of the minis were modified in any way !!!

any of you heard about that CSL mini ? the same team that designed the CSL went to work on the new Mini JCW GP ! !

i want to go test drive one but the costs put me off the car , 22 bag standard ! after a few bits here and there you can getit to 29 ,000 ! !29 !!! thats the same as a new Exige !

Yup have to agree great cars. We have a cooper S, and I love it. Only thing I hate is that is an Auto, but it still handles great.

I drove a 210BHP Manual once, with all the kit, and seats etc. the thing was simply amazing one of the best cars I have driven, was like a go cart, with the speed of an M3.

They all pull to the side bad, wheel spin is normal I used to make the tiress chirp in my moms mini shifting from 2nd to 3rd...I love them theyre great fun to drive, she's getting a new one in August as the other one had a little mis-hap...

it only looks as if there's been some minor facelift apart from this engine.
i bought a new one for my ife 3 years ago but due to poor build quality, recalled twice inour ownership, i won't be buying her another Mini.

Love the GP but thats not a bad thing M8 as the aero kit looks 10x better than this front.

anyway my old mini below tore a M5 apart of the line.....just ask Tin;)
