Front Bumper problems

On the weekend I tried to take my front bumper but had major problems. I followed the instructions on fanatics but still couldnt get it to budge, or move forward??

Point 5 talks about using the torx to remove the bolts. My question is do the bolts come all the way out into the hand, or do they drop by an inch or so. My bolts just dropped down an inch. I tried to pull the bumper off but it seems something was catching. I couldnt see any other bolts to undo? Should the bumper be taken off at an angle? :confused: :confused:

the torx screws comes all the way out on to my hand when i took it off.
so the screws by the fenders is also taken off?
plus the ones at the bottom of the bumper?
