:D

Fas seriously its a great car, really smooth and relaxing....makes a change from the M3 which can tire you out after just half an hour.

I had a 330 coupe for a month before I got my M3, so once I get tired of all that exhaust noise, tire roar, shunts from the M diff, smg clunks.....i'd definetly get a 330 [ok

I'm sure the 318 is pretty good, I remember driving an E46 316 and was very surprised! ok its not anything like a 330....but I was expecting it to be really pants! I was proven wrong :o

:D Sorry Stock just got my one back mate.

They fitted a new Air Flow Mass Meter and reset the software to the correct idling.
The car now feels AMAZING!!!
Accelaration has never been as quick in any of my M3's and and above 3k rpm the wheels spin in every gear up to 3rd.

I can now feel everyone of those 343 horses working their socks off! [banana

After blasting around on the M4 in needs a wash now, might wait until Sat so I have a clean car for Sun. ;)

Ray I had a problem ever since my bottom end recall. The engine went into safety mode everytime I hit the rev limit, so I would have to turn the engine off to reset and the emission light was also on.
I also had a idling problem when slowing down, the throttle would blip but the engine would then cut out.

A new air flow mass meter was fitted and all the software upgrades were redone from scratch. The emission light is now off, idling is much better and accelaration is much more responsive. The car felt quite sluggish before and didnt rev freely to the limit....don't think my cars ever been this quick.

Scared myself on the way back with how quickly it accelarated. :D
