Planned mods are:
-black grill
-CCFL's
-rear m3 lip spoiler
-center arm rest
-lowering (thanks to mr bling bling westside
-maybe sport front bumper
Questions
----------
1) I want the doors to lock as I drive away - is this something only the dealer can do? (it does it in my dads e46 saloon)
2) The doors cards and dash have at some point had some glossy stuff put on them. Ive cleaned most of it off, but some areas look grubby. I just want to get them clean and looking new again - any products you reccommend?
3) Exhaust - i want twin pipes, any reccommendations?
4) Which induction kit should I get?
5) It has a full nokia handsfree kit in. Ive got a Sony Erricson k700i phone - can i change the cradle does anyone know? If not, how much is this kind of kit worth 2nd hand?
Thanks for now

Congrats buddy, 4-pots are taking over the asylum :D
Is it a 2.0 valvetronic or the 1.9?
with regard to your mods.
-rear m3 lip spoiler
go for Teddy's ACS 3 piece instead. A lot more rarer, looks trick, more agressive yet still subtle
-center arm rest
-lowering (thanks to mr bling bling westside
-maybe sport front bumper

Dealer will code this, depending on the dealer, they may / may not charge for the privelage
2) The doors cards and dash have at some point had some glossy stuff put on them. Ive cleaned most of it off, but some areas look grubby. I just want to get them clean and looking new again - any products you reccommend?
westside :D
3) Exhaust - i want twin pipes, any reccommendations?
Eisenmann ;) It sounds awesome on the 4-pot
4) Which induction kit should I get?
Ideally, Teddy's CF CAI. If yours is a 2.0 valvetronic, forget it, they don't make any CAI's and mine took 3 hours and HEAVY customisation to get it to fit. If it's the 1.9, it will slot straight on.
5) It has a full nokia handsfree kit in. Ive got a Sony Erricson k700i phone - can i change the cradle does anyone know? If not, how much is this kind of kit worth 2nd hand?
No idea
lol breathe. Nice interior with black cube!. Im still waiting for mine to sort itself out [bang. Looks like you got the SE model which seems to come with a nice set of goodies :D.
*edit* Fas beat me to it [crackmeup.
1) Thats possible !? I wanna know aswell.
2) Kav (westside) shud kno. Hes all about cleaning products :p
3)If you just want twin pipes maybe ask teddy bout his. You have to get someone to cut the original and weld on the new twin pipe outlet onto it tho.
4) Induction [hmm? Im asuming thats GruppeM thing. Teddy makes a heavy version of it .
5) Sorry not a clue :p althought by the looks of it shouldnt be to difficult to change.

. Nice interior with black cube!.
That's not the black cube interior ;) That's their "plastic" black trim with the design printed on. The aluminium black cube is a metal overlay on the plastic and the design is 3 dimensional, i.e. if you run your fingers over it, you'll "feel" the pattern, as opposed to this trim which is smooth.

- u can rub it down with alcohol...if there is no paint/lacquer (just plastic) then u can rub using white spirits to remove gunk
3) Exhaust - i want twin pipes, any reccommendations?
- eisensomething??
4) Which induction kit should I get?
- if u''re flush maybe dinan/groupm but if you're skint maybe piperx? i don't know how good the piperx ones are but many race teams can't be wrong. they are on sale on eBay real cheap at the mo. anyone tried piperx?
5) It has a full nokia handsfree kit in. Ive got a Sony Erricson k700i phone - can i change the cradle does anyone know? If not, how much is this kind of kit worth 2nd hand?

Regarding locking on take off::::
This should be in your user manual as its in mine somewhere.... i think key position one and hit the central locking button.
Nice ride, some might say a great base to work from :D
