Question For All Sport Bumper Owners

We are thinking of having replicas of these hamann sport bumper vents , and are wondering if you guys think there will be demand ?

genuine are £258 a pair inc vat , our replicas would be in region of £170 a pair

I'm not clued up on E46 parts but I've been quoted around that price for replica E36 Sport/M3 front bumpers. Genuine ones do fetch more, as well.

just to confirm we are talking about the fog light / brake vents only , not the actual bumpers .

After this we may well get on to other items .

regards price seeming expensive , remember we are talking about offering these at about £100 less than the genuine hamann part ...seems damn good value if you look at it like that i suggest :)

SO , GUYS ....what about a group buy on these if ..and I say if ..we can get them down to say £140 - £150 each pair ? would need 5 orders min ...

I understand what your saying about them being £100 less than genuine hamann part, but i bet if you charged £80 more people would buy them than at £140 so you would make more money in the long run ;)

Id definitely be interested but again, I can appreciate that they'll be £100 less than the hamm equivalents but to be honest I ainy paying that sort of money for something so small and insignificant.

If I could see that they were difficult to make or were made of CF that would be different, essentially they are just moulded plastic and for that amount of matter it is a very high price.

Sorry to be controversial, just my opinion.

ok having done all the calculations here are the prices we can offer these items at :

1. normal retail per single pair in composite £129 inc vat
2. as above in carbon fibre £191 inc vat

3. 5 or more pairs as group buy £115 / pair

delivery charges would apply at about £12 each pair .

We estimate 4 weeks production time ( includes waiting for delivery of the original items to mold from )
