Does anyon know which E46 the '3.23' diff comes from? and also if it will fit straight on to a 330ci.... [hmm

All 6-pot diffs (except M3) are direct replacement.

Ok, I've found out from a US site that the 3.23diff comes off a 325XI. Anyon know what a 325XI is?

its a 325, but 4WD, the diff is probably diff to the standard 325... ask Rennsport they will know.
