I've seen a vid of this going around a track, but in honesty, the driver couldn't get all the power onto the road, just wheel spinning at every gear change. nonetheless, i wouldn't say no it it either [cool shame BMW never made a RHD E30 M3

yep its an e30 with an e34 M5 low comp turbo engine, the thing cant gain traction, iv got a clip of this doing a 1/4mile run and it did it in 12secs, and thats wheels spinning ALL the way. Awesome.

its done 10sec quaters loadsa time before too! Built by two brothers in sweeden. It has a truck turbo adapted for road cars and two Iveco truck intercoolers welded tgether

Id love to do the same but I really wanna convert a e36 M3 evo lump in my cab, its been done to other e30s and is really good

intercooler seems abit ott to me. You dont need that size of intercooler even for that power, it can only be adding to the already enormous lag.

[QUOTE]

Of course it does. The turbo has to build up the pressure in the ic - the bigger the volume of the ic the longer it takes the turbo to fill it with air at increased pressure

Only needs an efficient Ic half of that size. With well designed endcaps.
