You mean the backs of the LED's?
These are original BMW LED's so the fitment is OE;)

With it being a 2000, any car pre 2002(I think) should need a LCM & reflash but does not :p due to something else :D [read

I think post 2002 cars need an ECU flash too, as when you brake now the fog light probably comes on? Maybe worth checking? I had to have my 2002 clubsport flashed after fitting.
Looks great though mate, one mod that I kept putting off but am so glad I went ahead with the LED rears [ok

Hi Paul,
LCM = Light Control Module (Basically pre 2002 cars need a new light switch (LCM) & a reprogramming by the $tealer)

I am trialing a prototype CA product which removes the need for Pre 2002 cars to buy a new LCM (Circa £200 + vat) & get it reflashed (£40'ish).
Just got to see how it fairs over the next week, then Roy should be offering these for sale I think ;)
Cheers

Well, just thought I would give a mid-week update:
Still no warning lights :D & after a double check before all lights working as normal :D [jam
Nifty product & will save me quite a bit money wise.:D
Basically the kit is the 2 LED looms that have 2 small boxes in line with a wire coming out to go to an earthing point, fitted in minutes:D [jam
Will give another update on the weekend ;)

Hi Paul,
I have a unfinished kit, which would do an injustice of how the final product would look (I Believe), so am waiting for a finished item which Roy said should be due in the next couple of weeks.
But as I said above, they are working a treat:D
Will definately post pics of the final install when I receive them ;)
Cheers

Well after another week of use & testing of this new product I must say that they are still working a treat.:D
No Warning Lights
No Electrical Problems
No strobbing/flashing from LED rears.
Got the wife to run through all the lighting checks and all working properly, also couldn't stop admiring the LED rears. ;)
Big thumbs up from me :D
