A few months ago someone stole one of my ACS mirror glasses, and looking at the mirrors tonight it seems some has pinched the stickers that actually go on the mirrors :mad: from both sides. :mad: :mad:

I cant believe it. Why would to$$ers want to do that. Luckily no damage to my paintwork. Must of peeled them straight off. What next?? Really p** me off.http://forum.e46fanatics.com/images/smilies/FIREdevil.gif

Peeps with ACS mirrors, have you stuck down the badges with special glue, or just the sticky that came with them??

Im thinking of just leaving the mirrors just debadged, but they just look a bit bare, and look fake without the ACS badges.. Does anyone one where I can get some more from?

Man, that sucks. I walk around the car every day to make sure the stickers are still on my car.

What colour stickers did you have on? i've got a couple of silver ones if you want them.

With regard to special glue, a couple of people I know in the US are using superglue or "No More Nails" equivalent. However, my personal feeling is that if they're going to nick the badges, then take them, glueing them will only cause paint damage. The stickers are £1.65 each from a main dealer. For the sake of a couple of quid, let the fcukers have 'em

Sorry to hear it mate. What I don't understand is why, with ACS stickers maybe theyre gona chav up their car just that bit more but some of the things that get stolen, I just don't get it. The thing is, if you found 'em and asked 'em they probably wouldn't know either...gives my a*** a headache..

On the plus side, its only stickers and there wasn't any paint damage, but I know what you're getting at as well.

It's very worrying when you spend a lot of time, effort and money on your PAJ and some complete dick does that :mad: Just parking and leaving the car alone must have some people wondering what they'll return to.

I think Toad had a in car camera that coupled with perimeter sensing, took pictures of people who got near your car.

I think i will take a trip down the $tealers this week, thanks Fas - Estoril Sport. I cant park my car in my garage because it doesnt fit, so I park it on my drive. Parking it one way my mirrors get tampered with, and if i park it facing it outwards i always think some pric$ is going to nick my front lip spoiler! Cant win. Oh well. :(

that's real bad bro I hear ya! Same thing happened to my old E36 someone fockers (no offence to the people in the latest movie lol) nicked my front and rear ACS roundells, front and rear ACS badges/emblem and pulled my ACS side strips half way down it broke my heart :( I could understand back then because 7 years ago those items were rarely seen but nowadays they are widely available why would someone still do that... :mad:
