Looks good, however why not give Roy (CA) or Teddy (SSDD) a shout to see what they can offer, particularly with you being a forum user, the word "discount" comes to mind.... :D

John - That is my M3 with the OEM CSL Diffuser, I paid over the odds for it from a parts broker 2 years ago. Fortunately out of all CSL parts, the general consenus is that the diffuser isn't difficult to replicate as usually they all pretty much fit the same. The only thing to watch out for is the carbon fibre weave - can you see it clear enough from this Far-East range? It is very cheap at <£200 but then you pay your money, you take your chances.
These days it is difficult to get a hold of genuine CSL parts as I believe they have ceased production and also they've stepped up their protection on releasing to non-CSL owners. I would go with either Teddy [SSDD] or Roy [CA-Automotive] and their Vorsteiner ranger as it is tried and tested with very positive results.
In regards to the exhaust - yep, Raj [CSLBoy] is spot on. SS Lightweight Race. I bought mine new for £900 with a good discount as at the time it retailed for £1400. However, luck is on your side:

Used, but looks near-enough brand new to me! :)
I can see you spending a lot of money on your car - If I were you, don't go for a the GruppeM intake, I have it; while it is a lovely looking piece, your money would better benefit going BBK [front]. I recently spent £££s on changing all discs and pads all round [OEM] and now I'm looking at going BBK now in time for the next ring trip. Unlike most of the other members here, I'm VERY cheap... so this hurts lol
