I've said it before and I'll say it again, my dealer rocks! Had my car in for an inspection 1 today and picked up a bill of £241 all in.
This included a full Inspection 1 for £201, and an air conditioning service for £40, a courtesy car (116iSE), a wash and hoover and a 10% discount on all parts. Got compliments from the chief technician for how the car looks and apparently they had 2 customers during the day who were enquiring about the wheels, so looks like my dealer is getting a couple of big-ticket sales soon as well as a by-product
I read on another forum other dealers in the south east charging £350 for the Inspection 1's and I was thinking I had to pay this as well, so I'm well chuffed!
I'm thinking of writing a letter to the dealer principal and ask if they're willing to officially sponsor the forum, i.e. mention EvoTechnik and get x% off parts and servicing, arrange group buys etc. What do you guys think?

Fas, gotta say thats a damn good price. Your service technician must've got some last night!
Don't know if its because its a 318 but for my 330 which is due an Insp 1 in 4,000 miles, I'm expecting a bill of at least £350 + VAT.

Both of your prices seem expensive. I know there's definitely a price difference between 4 and 6-pot engines, but it shouldn't be THAT much.
Flex, your car is over 4 years old right? Have you enquired about BMW's 4-plus scheme? It's a set-price service plan at discounted parts and labour rates for all BMW's over 4 years old. May be worth looking into bro

That would be an excellent idea. It would give them guaranteed business, another 10 -15 cars to be serviced.
Who's the dealer?
What do they say about all your mods? :)

Dealer is Altwood Windsor. PM me if you need any parts or work done, I'll put you in touch with the right people.
A few of the crew have bought things through them and they have never let anyone down. They don't ask for chassis numbers to buy M3 or CSL parts etc.
As for my mods, dealer principal and the head technician love them

Don't mind at all, just say when, that goes for the rest of you guys. As long as there's a part number, I'll get a minimum of 10% off list price (pre-VAT) for you, sometimes more
