Can they be made to fit, if so whats needed?

Does anyone make a copy that would be a direct fit? Teddy?

RENNsport had a 330 saloon with one of there CSL style bumpers if that helps, cant remember which mag that was in but it was just recently.

it was in the bmwcar magarzine, i think it was the November issue.

Just had a look in November issue BMW CAR magazine and the Rennsport 4 door has new front wings M3 style, made out of steel.I think thats why the bumber fits the Rennsport 4 door, hope this helps guys. :(

Yea it will fit. Good bodyshop will do it for u. Couple of E46fanatics had it done..cant remember who thou..Good luck

As far as the research I have done, the OEM won't fit straight on. Its needs some work done to it, but a very good body shop to get the right fit.

There are a few companies that make them for Non-M car's but, the fit is not prefect.

I'll try and dig it out, if you are interested.....

I was thinking of this myself but decided to leave it. However its a sick mod, if you pull it off nicely.

Rennsport one was genuine CSL bumper and they got the M3 front wing etc to match it so fitting was not tha hard. As Digs said there are few companies doing it for Non-M cars and they are soooo expensive...and the fit is real bad too (one reason I have not started selling them...) My genuine CSL bumper will be on its way to the factory soon lol I'll let you guys know what happens later just trying to get a good price on the shipping, the first company I called wanted 1200 to ship it to the FE! Doh! [bang

All very interesting guys, its just such a shame BM very did a saloon M3 that would make life soooo much easier... takes me back to the days of my e36 saloon bolt on everything.

Yeah cheers for that, seen the Revo one before, its a straight fit onto a non 'M' car. Dunno about going fibreglass though :rolleyes:

most aftermarket bumpers are fibreglass because it's cheap to mould. But then you have to deal with stone chips all day long [situp

I hope I can make a PU one which is just like the original BMW bumper material... [bow

buy the`fiberglass one and send it off to get pu'd :p
