Whilst I visited Japan, I found these 'lens manicure' in an autoshop. I was tempted to try them out as they were very cheap (10quid). What do you guys think? I know that Aston Martin DB9 has lenses that look green/rainbow in reflection, but I'm sure that they didn't use this kit...I think some colours are def ricey, but how about other colours such as light blue and smoke? i guess u can use your normal halogens thru this coloured lens and achieve the xenon-ish look. Copen used as an example. Vote now!

I have seen lens with light blue + HIDs, and smoked ones on actual cars and they didn't look too bad (especially blue one with HIDs turned on). But pink is a no-no for me [thumbsdow

they look pretty good in person saw some in Taiwan last year, most cosmetic mods we really need to see them in person as most pictures are, as always, very deceiving. Go get them boys :) After all can't questions the quality of Japanese stuff really [bow

Nice one Teddy:) My cousin works for an importer who deals with import/export of office furniture from Taiwan. He speaks good Chinese so langauge is no probs, just need to get him drunk in a seedy environment:) Also, my dad runs a car export business in Japan so if you have the urge to get yourself a cheeky Jap import then give him a shout, def EvoTeknic discount for sure. Lets get some networking started (Guan'shi right?)!

Scorcher, where in Weybridge are you based? I'm based around Queens Road:)

Cool, I'll keep an eye out for you:) I'm interested in the nrake discs that you sometimes sell so hopefully I'll hook up with you when I have spare cash:)

In line with the original post, here's another questionable mod from Japan...

Carbon Fibre pillar cover (35 quid/pair for saloon model only). What u guys think?

Haven't ever sold any brake discs - have sold wheel spacers though?

I've had two sets of CF pillar covers, but neither have been real CF, just CF pattern and so haven't attached either set.

But Teddy said he'll be getting some in soon, so I'll undoubtedly get a set of his if they are of the same quality as the roof spoiler and eyebrows just purchased :)
