View Full Version : want a 3 Series Vert

My dad is going to be getting rid of the 5 series some time soon so he has a choice of 2 vehicles...

an X5 3.0 in black or silver....or a 325ci convertible in red, black or silver. i prefer red!

i want him to get the 3 because the things i want to do to it are.....
Full M3 body kit, CSL alloys, CCFL's, Quad Zorst, tvs on headrests - dvd player....

theres not much you could do to an X5 other than massive wheels and a 4.6 body kit, but both will cost sooooooooooo much! what would you think my dad should go for? oh yeah i have 3 sisters and mum n dad but 2 sisters drive the other 1 is 7 lol. so which one??? :confused: :cool: :confused:

I look at it like this - You can buy an E46 vert and do what everyone else has done with it, or you can buy an X5 and innovate with it. It's your call (well, your Dad's), but I'd go for the big boy aswell and try to really make something fresh.

I say X5 , put an eissmen exhuast on it and the TV screens PS2 sound system ...ect, and big wheels ,tints , I can see it now , its going to look so pimp :)

we have both in the family, i'd lean more towards the x5 but when the weathers good ill take the vert every time .

weathers sunny here at the mo and -5 and im going out with the hood down :D , does anyone else do this or i'm i sad [bang

Like both but if you can afford to do all that to the vert surely u can afford to mod the X5???
My choice wud be the X5..They can be made look awesome

if it has too be one of the 2 go for the 3 series vert as , your sisters will be able to drive too.

you sure your dad doesn't need M Power ? ?? ! !
