Just about to take the plunge and order the 18" Type III's for the 330 coop.
However, I'm a little confused by the 7mm spacers required for the rear axle. Given that by the time they're on the car, it will be sitting on Eibach Pro's, will I still be able to use the spacers without arch conflict problems? [hmm
Also, why are the spacers required? Why not just have the right offset? Are the longer bolts supplied or are they even needed?
Needless to say, when I asked the dealer what they thought......

The ACS wheels have a slightly larger hub. You will need to use the spacers or they won't sit properly. If you don't want to use the spacers, you need hub rings from BBS etc to put into the wheel hub so they fit the BMW hub.
With the 7mm spacers, it'll take offset out to 34mm. Just nice for the E46. You might need to roll the rear arches, depending on what tyre you use. However, with Pro-kit, I think you'll be OK.
BTW you need to use the spacers front and rear.

Nick will he need longer bolts? bolts must screw in 6 turns to be SAFE.

Thank fcuk I asked!
That arrangement doesn't sound like a particularly Schnitzer thing to do?

It's not that big of a deal. All spacers are supplied with the rims and you will get the longer bolts too (these are definitely needed)
However, none of the bolts will be locking wheel nuts, you will need to purchase these separately for another 40 if you buy the ACS ones or less if you pick up a set from Halfords
