I've had the satallite nav installed by Navman in the past, but have noticed some cars have the BMW logo on the display, is it possible to switch this on?

I'm pretty sure that this is part of the software built into the Nav Computer (Boot Unit).

I have a MKIII Unit with 16:9 Widescreen which shows the BMW logo on entering the car, however I know that the 4:3 Screen units never had this option, which I think were running MKII Units. ;)

I'm sure if you call Navman he'll be able to clarify.

Yeah, might try and send him a message. I've got the widescreen with the Mk3 computer and don't get the logo. What year is your car?

Pretty sure it will be the computer or the disc which may need upgrading. ;)

Must be the disc as we've got the same nav unit.

i believe its part of the firmware software update, which nav firmware revision do you have? think it started from around v21 and above...
