BigFas is the man to ask. I only replaced the dial backing sheet on mine as mine already came with the matt silver rings.
Steve Welcome to the mad house mate... good luck on the rings and post up some pics when you have the time.

Hello mate. This mod is as easy as pie.
You've taken the pod out and you've separated it. You should have 3 main parts. the back, the actual dials and the front (the bit with the plastic glass bit). Put the back and the dials to one side, for both the CF overlay and the rings, only the front is required.
Do the CF overlay first. the CF overlay is extremely flexible. All you have to do is poke it through one of the larger holes and thread it through. Position it all and then affix it down.
Now the rings.
The rings are also pretty flexible. all you have to do is squash them down a couple of mm and poke them through their corresponding holes. they will have a lip on them so just ensure the fitment is correct with the lip in the right place, they will drop in nice and smooth. To affix, get some silicon glue, put about 6-8 spots of silicon all around the ring and affix. I used silicon glue as it dries clear and you only need a tiny spot to get it to bond and I think it's easier to work with than superglue.
Leave everything for an hour or 2 to let everything set, then just check everything is bonded and everything is cool and you're good to go :)
Let us know how you get on. If you're STILL daunted by the task, if you're anywhere near the Berkshire area, pop over, be happy to do them for you

Trust me, the CF overlay is like paper, just fold it, not enough to crease it, but just roll it, it'll go :)
James. Of course I'm a nice guy :) Now fuck off! :p
