Sounds like a lead story the early 1990's, but that was this afternoon !!
Race was a bit slow @ first, but got more interesting near the end.
I think Hans Stuch was the biggest mover from 9th to 6th.
Looking forward to the rest of the series during the winter weekends :D

Mansell and Fitipaldi were superb, if Emerson had taken the lead on the first lap then he would have won for the same reason as Mansell won.You couldn't separate them, two old F1/Indy stars dueling it out, real nostalgic stuff.

They are hoping to turn it into a proper series and too be honest, after todays race there will be sponsors queuing up.

Was brilliant to hear Murray commentating on 'and its mansell in the lead, followed by fitipaldi and following in third its patrese'.......

Really brought back some memories of real driving heros :D

I saw this yesterday absolutely brilliant, so much better than F1. Mansell must have been buzzing after the win. Can't wait to see the next race.

Mansell is a bit of a legend, he actually lives here in Jersey [cool , remember giving it beans down a fav road of mine on my GSXR750 and I had a estoril blue E36 M3 EVO pinned up my arse, thought "whoa this guys shiffting" got to the yellow line at the end of the road and it pulled alongside to go in the other direction, looked in the car and the man himself was driving, gave me the thumbs up and buggered off...

I think twice before having a tusstle with Estoril BMWS now  :D
