View Full Version : fitting b line in the car, off the stanard head unit

guys some advice please,

i want to put some base in the car using the stock head unit, has anyone done this, and if so how? if not then does anyone know how? thanks guys :)

two option,one buy amp that will take hi inputs straight from factory head unit and then this can be set up to run bass box.two get inline converters to change speaker leads into rca leads if amp wont run hi inputs,then this can run sub box,if you have harmon kardon sound system this already has an amp and these two options wont work :)

How much money do you want to spend?

For £150, you can get an Infinity Basslink. 2x10" subs (one passive one active), integrated amp all in a compact unit which won't take up too much bootspace. Myself and MysticM3 have this setup and it's very effective.

thanks dude, i thought that it was possible, :) . fas iv already got a rockfordfosgate amp and 2 12" kicker subs, that what i wana hook up :)
