Hi all!! I've been on this forum for a couple years now (started from meeting some of the team at Santa Pod 09, my first BMW show!)
Haven't really posted much, not too good with writing so bear with me.

After recently reading the thread about the remap Scorcher had, I decided to give Jason a call and book my baby in! Remapping was something I'd been toying with for a while, but never thought the gains would be that good.

I drove down from Peterborough to BWChiptune, making sure I really focussed on what my car was doing on the way there, so that, on the way back I would notice any change (if any, as I was still quite skeptical). I thought my car was driving quite well, but it had various little flat spots through acceleration in some gears (my 330 is an auto) and the mpg could be better! The drive is perfect, a mix of motorways and A roads, so you can really test your vehicle (obviously in a legal manor!)
Arrived at BWChiptune met Jason, Dom and the rest of the crew and got straight down to business.... Car remapped, back on the road.
The drive on the way back to Peterborough was a pleasure!! My car accelerated smoothly with no obvious flat spots, and had much more torque which I noticed immediately! Didn't need to engaged sport mode as the normal D on the auto box was more than enough. It felt as though I had it in sport mode! Everything just felt a bit sharper, a bit more responsive. The accelerator seems sharper if you know what I mean? As for mpg... Didn't pay attention, was too busy having fun!! The only downside I suppose would be the fact of all the slow drivers in my way!!
Thanks to Jason and team for remap, no regrets there at all. Anyone thinking about remap? Do it!!

Most definitely!! Never knew how much of an improvement it would be. Well worth the drive and money.

Thanks for your time just now on the phone Jason. I'm glad I caleld you to discuss the remap. I'll get back to you soon with potential dates. Next Saturday might not be possible as I'll be away but this may change. Either way, I'll buzz you again when I've got a definite date.

Cheers,
Sam

p.s. If you know anyone selling a E92 Autovogue (Diesel only and not 320d's) who could consider P/X, give me a heads up on this please given you are the main man :)
