The Schnitzer Santa swung by today and dropped off this box. My ACS mirrors have arrived!
Off to the bodyshop right now to get them painted up!!

Also, getting seriously fed up with my ACS gearknob, it's SO cold in the mornings so I'm putting this bad boy on

Huge thanks to Joe of HTR of supplying these.
And for those of you with questions about my car, watch this forum for an announcement in February ;)

Just come back from my bodyshop and dropped the mirrors off.
As some of you who have been there, they were awarded a contract from Maranello and do all bodywork for Ferrari's and Maserati's.
Had ANOTHER tour of the workshop to see a beatiful 360 Challenge Stradale. Not the "normal" one you see on the road, but a proper race one, perspex windows, perspex rear engine cover, BBS rims with Pzero tyres with a higher profile, race exhausts, red cloth bucket seats, etc. etc. was absolutely drooling over it.
Now I realise why normal Stradale's don't come with the perspex race windows! They don't lock :D they slide open with no locking mechanism. No use in the real-world!
What was also fascinating, Maserati 4200gt, one side of panels smashed. On any other car, it would be a relatively simple skin replacement. But no, because Maserati parts are SO expensive. An "O2" plate 4200GT was written off!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gonna go back next week, see if I can't have the seats out of it ;) How cool would THAT mod be :D

Old ones are sold bro, well, spoken for anyway, but they won't fit your sedan, coupes and verts only.
Estoril, the ACS mirrors come with great instructions so you'll be fine. Just out of interest, where did you order yours from?

Hi BigFas
I bought them from the dealer (I think they made a mistake) they first offered me £455  No way, but the next day they offered £330. Cheaper than Cookferry, I was quoted £300 + P&P from HTR but these would have had to be ordered from Germany, as he did not have any in. I bet you are now going to tell me you got yours for less then £300 :o

LOL, no, I got them from Joe for the price you mentioned. It only took 2 weeks so not TOO bad. That's an awesome price from the dealer! Post up when you get them installed ;)
Fas you know you want to sell me your ACS knob :D

I went to the Lauch of the Stradale in London @ HR Owen. ANd was speaking to the salesman, he told me that in europe the cars have perspex race windows, but the UK versions don't because the insurance company rejected to insure it if it had them...

You cant go wrong with the instructions from ACS. You should have no problems fitting them! :)
