anti flash device ..does it work ???? help please

please see my other thread http://forum.evotechnik.net/showthread.php?t=3615 regarding possible anti flash speed camera device etc .

Could all you PC gurus out there please take a minute to try and see if you can extract the whited out numbers from my numberplate ?? So we can asses how good this workd ..or not
