Manual conversion

Hi guys ,
I'm debating weather to convert my 2002 540i auto to a manual but i am wondering what needs to be recoded?
And at what sort of cost?
Also will the cruise control and dsc still work without modifying wiring etc?

The car will need coding to manual
ecu programed to manual
engine loom changed
clutch pedal switch wiring to car
clutch pedal added
gear stick
manual box ,clutch and flywheel,clutch master,slave and piping


ps my 540i e39 is a manual
