Massive massive thanks to George today as I was stranded in Hounslow!!
Went to hounslow tyres to sorted out my wheels and a KDS, just as I was ready to get off the ramp. I could see some fluids on the rear tyres and brakes just went straight to the floor.
The goodridged braided hose on my rear BBK had split! Will try and get some pics up but, its quite rare for this to happen.
Man I am sooo glad I wasn't on the motorway when it split ( I had been on the M25 that morning for like 1 hour getting to hounslow).
Rang George as I was like fcuked and was completely stranded. He really kindly took time off work and come and got some hoses from GSF.
He then went and got some 5.1 dot brake fluid aswell as I had emptied the resevior.
Top top man. Anything I can do for you dude day or night just give us a bell:)
Sitting at Hounslow tyres for a few hours, the infamous Kav appeared as well!
Funny and crazy as he seems on the forum as well:D :D

lol i came to check to see if g got the right part which we did in the end but i heard its a tad to short, byth egrace of god i'm glad this got sorted as it could have been alot worse send that hose to goodridge to ask them WTF happened.....
I like horning at random ppl whilst driving the 7 and waving lol!

The mods have begun...courtesy of Teddy. Got some mods done so far..black grills, halos, m3 spoiler, remap and no plate leds.
To do..well you know lol. The 'black' wheels, springs, ac style diffuser, lower front spoiler and I'll get haters for this but want to wrap the roof in black.
Dyam, that's what it's all about.
G, not sure what ya complaining about. Whatever K makes off ya, you know you'd get your share....So enjoy.

Not if we are just changing the one line mate. Don't need to if we changed all 4 either, was just thinking for the sake of the cost of a bottle of fluid I can rebleed the lot for you mate

Well, just had an exchange of email with Goodridge.
They don't want to know as their guarantee is only valid if the hoses are attached to OEM stuff. So if the cars been lowered or BBK they don't want to know.
What a fcuking DISGRACE!!
So for all those people out there with Goodridge hoses with modded cars, their guarantee means Jack!
I am more disgusted as they don't even want the hose to analyse

Paul I have advised him to change all four lines as they are of the none plastic lined. Its worth it in the end :) And thanks for your phone support:)

Yeah Bro! After threatening to plaster their reply on every M3 forum, they have requested I send the hose to them but I very much doubt anything will come of it.
Another thing is that they have told me to contact Brembo or the Brembo supplier to get the correct hose as theirs are for OEM. WTF??
I know when you buy Brembo, the Goodridge hoses are supllied in the kit I think. Will have to ring up and hopefully not get the muppet on the email.
