Does anyone know if an e46 m3 strut brace will fit all 6 cylinder e46s?

Do these make a massive difference to everyday driving, or just to when you seriously push it in the corners? Does it make the handling feel more confident?

generally speaking strut braces improve "feel " and steering input response at all speeds , but of course the more stess on the chassis the greater the noticable effect .
Does anyone have a part number for the M3 strut brace?
Cheers.
