Mstyle...thumbs up or down?

I've narrowed it down...Velocity VMR 19's in gloss black with a 10x19 rear yummy!! Anyhow, my first choice was avant garde m310's but extreme wheels won't have any in stock for weeks I'm told. So mstyle it is.....

Without getting a heated debate of how good or bad they are or getting anyone into trouble, I just want a thumbs up or down of the company.

1.M style/Romford MOT same people.

Paid for item, never recieved, ignored emails, had to request refund, only then did they respond.
I know there can be mistakes made, but first impressions mean I wont use again.

2. I had the huge problem with Mstyle. Left car for an simple oil service so i decided to wait around in the reception area whilst they do this. As im approaching the 3hr mark for waiting a retard comes out with my key and hands it over to me and says " your sump plug is nackered couldnt carry out an oil service".
Which they couldve told me after 15 mins from the time i dropped the damn thing off. Then states a new sump plug will be £10, i bite my teeth and agree and bring my car back the next day. Didnt even give a single word of apology for wasting my valuable time.

Fast forward to the next day they carry out the oil service and decide to charge me £15 for the damn sump plug. Tbh I was planning on buying all my CSL stuff from them but decided against too since i didnt want to give these rude faggots my hard earned money.
Class A cnuts.

3.Yeah heard nothing but bad stuff about them.

4.m style are a shower of ****S ordered few parts from them never recieved them they never knew nuthing about them never contacted me once until i did 5 weeks later.but still took 1200 out my bank the minute i put my order in.stay well clear. got refund in the end.COWBOYS!

alot of 1 owners go for these and they have reported problems with delivery times etc from mstyle. try searching babybmw.net.

also i ordered a xenon look reverse bulb about 3 months ago and the sales guy was messing me around for ages. Now Paul (Manager/Owner??) is personally ordering them and bringing them to Santa Pod. Better late than never. The sales guy was terrible...

Previously not had any problems with mstyle. Raj was good but he seems to no longer be there, which is a shame. It was worrying to read about the supply issues on your wheels tho bro.

They (mstyle) seem to be the only suppliers of vmr wheels...I've asked mark at bmautosport but unfortunately he only has them in silver :(

I've used MStyle a lot in the past and always had good dealings.

Tiko. Just get in touch with Peter at velocity motoring directly. Did me a good deal on the VB3's I had on the 530d.

These were the wheels I was going to get before my Alufelgen SF71 wheels, but decided on the SF71 because they have a concave finish on the front as well as the rear.

As per Raj go directly to VMR in the States, they will ship over just one set...may work out cheaper, cant see it being any more expensive.

I Have used MStyle a few times when raj was there,never had any problems,have not used them since he left but keep hearing bad posts about them.

after takingthe mods of Zubs car which they fitted i woul dnever trust them suspension rear springs wrong way round, butchered carpet in the boot they have no pride in their work i wouldnt even call them SALA thats how bad they are
