Thanks guys! I've also got a paint depth gauge (metals only) if anyone wants to find out their readings.

My ramp should be functional by next week. One of the hoses is leaking oil unfortunately so needs replacing! (not got a chance to go pirtek)

Were open from 8am till 6pm (when I send my staff home). I'm usually there till much later playing with products and doing any valets but also washing customers solo (or with moe lol) if their not in a rush.

I'll open much later once I start getting busier and train more staff!

Congrats Afif, looks like a good setup you got there. I was considering doing something similar to this in the midlands not so long ago. Problem I found was the general public aren't really educated in how to wash a car properly and are so price sensitive. While the two bucket method, microfibers, different mitts for different parts of the cars etc all make sense to us car loving folk the majority of the general public would be happy with a sponge, loads of suds and change from a £5.

You look like you have a cracking location with good visibility and next to the Ace café like Matt says I'm sure it will do very well. I know I would happily travel to go to a place like yours, get your place up on detailing world, after some of the members realise they haven't got the time to wash their car properly or can't be arsed with the hassle of it all, they would happily travel down to you!

P.S - watch out for a visit from the taxman, from what I've been led to believe, they LOVE these types of businesses.

At the moment I'm staffed monday to sat 8-6 Sunday 10-4. After that I send them home but hang around to do any valet/washing of cloths ect and see if we get any demand in the evening.. It usually ends up just a bunch of us chilling and washing our own cars and testing out products. If you don't mind the extra time taken for washing solo you guys are welcome to pop down after hours for a clean or just for a chat if your bored!

Prices I'm still debating. So until then enjoy the offer guys :).
