body work dings and dents???

Hello folks

what do people do when they have tiny door dings/dents. Does anyone know a good "cost effective" ding man or body shop? I have 2 small door dents and 1 small one on the bootlid (from my bike on the boot-rack!) and didn't necessarily want the whole panel sprayed. BMW (Elms Bedford) had a ding man who did a great job on a small ding on the 1 which looks perfect now.

Any suggestions???

Dharman go to the middlesex meet and have them done on the cheap on the day. I will be havng the ones on the tourer done :)
