didn't get time to take one with the hard top on as it was straight off when i got home....... list of mods i have already in the shed silver gray carbon fiber diffuser, ebaich springs, spacers, on order small aerial and george has some larger paddles for me, it needs some new pads before any thing else and a front tyre i never noticed and more petrol .... does that count as a mod.

I've had mine for almost 3 years, everyday driving and parking. Few people have scuffed it and banged it over the years. need to get it sprayed, but can't be arsed to spend the cash, as soon as it's done i know someone will hit it again! My insurance runs out in June/July so gonna put it up for sale then hopefully. I'm on the look out for a new car, decided on a model so waiting to find one at a good price!

Well, well Sye....you did it! Seemed to happen really quickly and you arejustifiably proud as it looks a beauty.........for a wendy automatic that is ;)

Don't know what other advice you might get concerning pads, but the thread I put up here a couple of days got no response except for Bruno.

I have bigger front brakes and had Performance Friction Z pads in them which were excellent. I was then talked into Axxis Ultimate which are in there now, but I just don't rate at all and they are on their way to the skip any day soon. Probably go back to PF's but Ferodo DS2500's have been highly receommended to me by a mate who had them on various cars inc his E46M3.

Anyway..waffle over and looking forward to seeing you in the beast :D

Right found the graph....Mikes cabby in green my coupe in blue...mike put this together after colating all the times from various runs, its not the best 0-60 run of my car for example which was a 4.8 seconds, but these two runs are better in other areas and show the best comparison given what we did...ignore the dates and times coz the equipment wasnt set but the times/speeds are accurate

Anyway my view is we get the best of both worlds when we have the roof down in the summer and the hardtop on in the winter. Unless they have a sunroof they have to stick the heads out of the windows:D :D Anyways a coupe is not even a proper m3 unless its a CSL;)
