Sat Nav Question?

HI,
I have a 2004 e46 convertible, which has a BMW business cd player.
I want to upgrade to sat nav and a system with a screen, which has a tv facility etc.
Can someone point me in the right direction? [hmm
Do I have to go with the bmw OEM screen or can it be aftermarket: (PIONEER KENWOOD ETC) .
I want a good fit so it is not looking out of place, if you have any pictures it would be a great help in deciding.

Last year i upgraded my 02 e46 convertible from business cd to satnav widescreen and opted for split screen, dvd/mp3 player, tv on the move etc.

The whole caboodle brand new cost me 2.6k in fitting from Navman. (5k from Bmw)

However, many go down the aftermarket route which is genearally cheaper with a better quality of sound. But personally i like to keep everything OEM :)
