Right guys, got the Spax coilovers fitted today, wanted to go for the JOM kit, but got a price on the spax for cheap! so went ahead with those.
didnt really want it slammed on the floor, as i have alot of speed bumps down my road, so i thought id have enough ride height.
might lower it 10mm more near to summer :D
was afraid to take the car out with the i-foregd on as you never know when it might rain, but sealed it with some poorboys sealant (Thanks George) so hopefully it should be ok.
some pics.

Took Teddy's advice (Thanks Ted) and got the EBC grooved discs and painted the calipers black to compliment the wheels :D

Thanks very much for the comments guys, yeah it is at m style, im literally 10 mins away from them so left the car there over night and picked it up this morning.
they have more or less fitted majority of the parts on my car.
yeah michael will let you know how it is on the speed bumps, might have to drop it a tad more though :D

Nice wheels and you could probably drop another 15mm.

Not liking your bonnet louvres though mate and, I agree, that the grille bezel needs colour coding.

How did you get on with the rear arches? I've got same wheels (rears are on 265 30 19) and mine rub since lowered the car on HSD coilovers??

ive got 275 falken tyres on the rear, i think they rolled the arches in, i cant even fit my fingers through the tyre itself and the arch, i would say it probably has a mm clearance.

One of the best E46s in the country just got better.

I agree with some of the guys about the bonnet. It looks naff. Take if off, and I'll give you my OEM bonnet as a swap FOC.:D

275!!!!! you must catch the rear arches. E46 rears are not easy to roll either!!!!

the coilys havnt been lowered to its full potential yet, i got a feeling it will rub when i do, thinking of cutting the rear arches now.

Clear coat is definitely more suitable for our climate, but eventually after a year or so the clear coat itslef will wear away with cleaning, waxing and stone chips etc so you will have to get it re-lacquered so try and keep them clean as best as you can without using too many waxes/polishes

Yeah definitely, thanks to George's advice, i polish the dish once a week with poorboys wheel sealant, hopefully it should hold till summer.
