annoying rattles

Hi...

Ive got a thing about rattles...i hate them, they drive me mad. I have a few that are really p1ssing me off in my e46 coupe.. anyone else had and fixed the following? If so let me know how to fix them ;-)

1) Front headrest clips seem to rattle a bit..
2) Hi pitch rattle coming from behind top of dash..where it meets the windscreen.
3) Parcel shelf seems to rattle a bit
4) Drivers seat squeaks as i go over bumps (i only weigh 10St!)

surely its fixable under warrenty...but my big problem is the bass speaker in the boot...they will just blame that!

Not so much rattling, but for me it's knocking sound coming from o/s rear suspension. I thought it was the rear strut mount but it turned out to be a bad trailing arm bush. it goes away when you're accerelating, but the protruding bit knocks onto the chassis:(
