he must be being a pillock i dont get the point of that the palte means nothing to him so why doesnt he stop being a cock and just give you your plate back? have u tried killing him?

Did you put it in writing on the receipt that you both signed when he handed the cash over??

If not - you aint got a leg to stand on....

If you do have it in writing then a solicitors letter and small claims court threat may do it for you...

Thats the correct way to go about it.

WE did, we made sure that was writen on the reciept, Now the problem is finding the reciept, its been a year from that date

If you can't get it back... I'd go and get M44HNA think it looks just as good imo... only £250 all in on dvla's website

Thinking about it, It would of cost you £105 to take it off the car so you'd only be £145 outta pocket..
