Chaps,
One more question from me :D

My step daughter has an 04 Seat Arosa. its a great little car, bought new, but she has not looked after it. The bodywork is covered in little dings and quite a few scratches. I think nearly every panel except the roof and bonnet has some sort of mark on it.

Just wondering what the best way to get this back to show room condition? I was planning to take it to a bodyshop (Gary @ Ital in Wembley) but I think it'll be quite pricey.

Neil.

how bad are the scracthes can they be taken down with 1500 wet and dry and then mopped up?

Agree with those 2 above. You would be surprised at how good it can come out with some wet and dry and a detail.

What if you have stone chips too - would it be best to touch them up then get the car detailed? Or get the detailer to do it?

Either really Dan but it will be the budget way of doing it.

Silly question, but if you drop all these £££ into getting it back to decent condition will she not just trash it again?
