That looks like a replica ACS 1-piece lip spoiler. Here are 2 examples of the OEM version.

The pics Nick posted of the two cars are identical spoilers, ACS (genuine) 1 piece.

The pic you posted looks like the Bimmian CSL lip spoiler which Bharwad has on his car. Looks ok, but you have to be REALLY careful when you fit it. Here's a side profile shot of my ACS

Notice the small lip which bends over the bootlid where the spoiler meets the edge. This allows for easy positioning and fitment. You don't get that with the replica which means placement has to be nigh on perfect first time for it to look good. Personally, I wouldn't put that spoiler on my car, the line where it meets the boot lid just looks off. Speak to teddy, he has some ACS reps which look identical to mine for a lot cheaper than the real deal

What about the Alpina bootspoiler for the verts. Think James325 had one.
