Airbag light

Our airbag light wont switch off. We havent had it checked from BMW but was wondering if there is a way to shut that airbag light ? on 318i SE 2001 model ??? [hmm

you just need to go to a local garage that has the reset tool, should only take minutes to reset.

Thanks however do you mean local BMW garage? or a private garage?
cos if BMW surely they will try and scam £50-£100 for check-up and reset it ?

have you done any mods to your car? First thing I would do is check WHY it was triggered and get that sorted. It's easy to switch the airbag light off, it's something any good independant can do, but if it's not solving the core problem, it'll only either re-appear, OR your airbags will fail to trigger if in an accident.
