[hmm can some one tell me what these two ports are for?? first one is under bonnet next to brake reservoir!! second is just above clutch in side car!! allso what will i use them for

the one in the engine bay looks like a remote diagonostic port.

I've only ever seen it used once, on an M5, in Germany. They plugged some kind of remote unit into it, then from a computer did a full tune-up and the ability to increase idle speed etc.

The one in the cabin is used to download fault codes and to set up various options like lock car when moving, etc.
