You planning on machine polishing it aswell mate?
Heres a little list if you were gonna do the full works, but a lot of it un-necesarry.
You'll need for exterior:
A decent shampoo (Megs NXT is good but any will do)
Sponge
Chamois
Traffic film remover
Brushes of some sort
2 Buckets
Steam cleaner (But not essential)
Vinyl Dressing (for black plastic exterior, i.e window wipers)
Tyre Gel Dressing
Perhaps a Dremel for polishing the exhaust if it needs it
Interior:
Karcher Puzzi if you could borrow one off someone, for shampoo'ing the upholstery and carpets. Most carpet cleaner machines would do the job.
Interior shampoo for karcher ^ .
Mutton cloths, or any cloth.
Interior Vinyl dressing for black trim.
Hoover with various heads.
Air freshener/Magic tree, you can get Simoniz trim dressing with added smell, you can get from Halfords.
If your polishing it, and planning on using a soft wax, then id go for 3M Perfect Ultrafine (Blue Bottle), simply put it on with a cloth, leave it to dry, and take it off with a seperate cloth.
I personally use Dodo Juice Carnauba when i do my car which is a hard wax, which is proper good, but its a lot more effort than using a soft one.
There wont be mad difference wether you use a soft or hard wax, 3M Perfect will do the job spot on.
If you were planning on giving it a machine polish too, a decent compound is Farcela G3, or 3M fast cut.
And if you were lookin for a machine polisher, a good one is the Felisatti PA20. Their lightweight, and got controleable speed, ive not had problems with them.
A lot of this is un-nessesary though, such as the hard wax, machine polishing, just depends how fussy you are :p
And there are a couple of things i could of added, but that gives you a rough idea.

What's wrong with Halfrauds, they do MeGuairs and AutoGlym and they quite often have some sort of deal on cleaning products.
To answer the question
For outside
Two buckets
Wash Mitt
Drying towels
Shampoo
Polish
For inside
Hoover
Leather cleaner (assuming you have leather otherwise upholstery cleaner)
Dash cleaner (whatever takes your fancy and smells nice)
If you have air conditioning might be worth getting some air con cleaner or change your filter.
Do a search for two bucket method (I actually use three as I find they get dirty quick)
Have a look on Detailing world if you really want to get into it big time.
If you have a Pressure washer look into snow foam.
Oh and get yourself some waterproof overalls, it's probably going to rain on Sunday.
