Hey Evotechnik crew

Can I just take this this opportunity to say that you guys have some awesome cars!!!Quality motors.

I am new to this and have been reffered to it buy a members brother.

I am a BMW owner but only a mere 318i SE 2001. Bog standard I know. However, we are thinking of purchasing a new one. Due to limited funds and age we have been looking at a 318i Sport 4 door in estoril blue.

We have seen some at BMW dealers and the price range is from 16k to 18k for a low mileage car. I was just wondering what your viewpoints were on this? Thanks

I think estoril blue is cool. Only other colour I would go for is Techno Violet.

I have seen one for 17k - 318 Sport four door with only 7,000 miles from BMW direct, not sure if this price is good or bad?

can someone recommend if a 318 Sport on a 2004 is worth it or not and how much ?

I was only joshin too, but clubsports were only made in 2 colours so there's a 50% chance of being common, so more moddin required to stand out from the crowd !! TeHe

I see that most perfer estoril. However I must say that estoril should only be seen in an M3 or clubsport. However have seen some four door sports that look good too, in fact one of the members here have one I believe.

A four door saloon in Techno Violet I think is rare! I wonder if there are any about though!

Oh another thing, we really need to sell our current beema, any ideas wheres best other than the obvious Auto Trader etc. Are we allowed to post it here ? if so then I can provide full spec details etc ???

Estoril Blue was originally a Std M3 colour only on E36 :D , special order on E46 M3, :D however BMW did bring it out in the Clubsport 330 :cool: & the 330 saloon for a Ltd time.

E46 4 door saloon in Techno Violet is special order only I believe, so pretty rare ! :eek: [read

Estoril may be common on this forum, but generally on the roads you don't see many at all....you see more of the Cosmos Blacks, Titanium Silvers and Topaz Blues (all nice colours by the way ;) ) BUT IMO Estoril in itself is a real head turner.

I'm glad they didn't make it a standard colour throughout the range.

Welcome, I'd say shop around, that kind of money you can get a 330i 4 door with more miles and different colour but a hell of a lot more bang for the buck.

You may find it very rare for 318 saloons to come in Individual colours in the secondhand market as most of them are silver and silver and silver.......but saying that, keep an eye out and shop for one [ok
