err it's something for use when cooking rice and boiling teas/drinks etc it reduces infra red light (god knows what infra red rays's got to do with cooking rice LMAO), vibration from 'shaking' rice cooker (LMAO again), anti-baterial, and deordourant all in one wahahahaha :D

Strange item indeed....it's advertised as 'Negative Ion' enhancer...cooks rice from the middle and your body will take up these thru rice... :eek: No wander these guys live long :D
