Other car forum - would this get me banned here?

Lets say i posted the following post one here. Would this get me immediatley banned with no warning...

Yeah he said anythin over 95 should be court appearance but let me off with just a fixed, his gun clocked me at 96 but like he said, he could see i was hard on the brakes when he clocked me. I'm more annoyed at myself than anythin else, Was gonna fit the laser jammer last week but never got round to it. Oh well at least it was only 3 points and a fine.

106 sucks dude, just tell them you need your licence for work and you might be ok, you can only use that excuse once every 3 years tho (although i have used it twice in 3 days in the past but it was with different courts).

Are you sure that was what you got banned for?

How long were you a member/how many posts? Maybe they saw it as a bit of bragging and you mentioned a laser jammer too, which I'm pretty sure is illegal.

Bit harsh banning you in that ine post. Would have thought if they weren't happy with the post they could edited/deleted it and warned you by PM to not do it again. Unless they had already warned you that is.

Yeah it was mr2oc. Wouldn't say i was bragging as i was having a conversation with a guy who had just said he'd just been done for 115 i think it was. I won't be going back but their holier than thou attitude sucked and when other members would contradict things the mods said then the entire thread would just get deleted. But yes I would have at least expected a warning. All i got was 'the member previously known as speed is now banned' at the end of the thread and an email saying you are now banned. I did email saying would you like to explain why i was banned but i guess the jumped up little idiots can't reply as they don't have a valid reason.

Mate a lot of them who organise that club are seniors ( I mean of age ) so its probably the reason why they are so defensive when it comes to law issues or comments about laser jammers. Did you still have to pay a fee to join as a full member or where you just a forum member?

No i was just a forum member so nothing lost. Its just a bit annoying when you get these mods who seem to think they are god.

ah so the reason for my ban becomes apparent, quote from mr2oc 'Unfortunately speed was a square peg in a round hole i.e he didnt fit in here, and again unfortunatly its becoming more common.'
