They must of been sprayed black if they are real.
they will have bmw and the offsets stamped on the wheel somewhere.

I seem to recall threads on here mentioning that a set costs about £1200 new without tyres, so it would obviously depend on condition and the tyres fitted and thread left. They seem to go for around £1200 with tyres on ebay.
Personally think about £1K. As said, a new set without tyres can be had for a little more.
They will have BBS, BMW and sizes/part numbers stamped in the back of them if they are genuine.

csl,s are more expensive now the e90 is out,the price at the dealers for csl has increased, i looked into it myself
Now e90 is out? e90 has been out for over 4 years now :p
I did notice the csl alloy prices went up mid way through last year though.. from 1k up to very very expensive, 1700 or so from BMW (And only with CSL vin number)
speed religion are able to get them at reasonable prices new still: http://shop.speedreligion.net/bmw-oem-m3-csl-alloy-wheels---set-1497-p.asp
but the prices BMW have set mean getting OEM ones now is not a cheap process.
point being, you might be able to get more than 1200 with tyres if they are in very good condition.
The thing is, they are black, which won't be to everybodies taste and also means they were kerbed and refurbed, or just painted, which may (not always) put some off, hence bringing the price down.
